Directly after receiving a degree in music from MSU Billings, James went off to a one-year drum set program at Los Angeles Music Academy. He then began applying his learned techniques in various showbands, when he got the call from American Superstars Greece, where he performed for two years. James' solid playing style and years of experience served him well when he auditioned for YBR, where he was hired on the spot. While James' own style mostly resembles that of the late John Bonham, he will also impress you with his portrayal of Keith Moon, Roger Taylor, Charlie Watts, the guy from Ozzy's band, and other greats.
